From Birmingham take Highway 280 E. to Childersburg.

At the first light turn left on to Highway 235 (Plant Road).

Go 3 miles and the plant is on the right side of the road (Immediately past the paper mill).

 

 

Driving directions to plant in Demopolis, AL.

From the South (Mobile, AL area)

Take Highway 43 North – Continue to follow 43N approximately 120 miles

Turn left at AL-28 W/Cahaba Ave W – Continue to follow AL-28  approximately 8.8 miles

Turn right at Marengo County 21/Marengo County 57 – Continue to follow County 57 approx. 5.6 miles

GEO plant is on the left

 

 

Driving directions to plant in Cedartown, GA.

If Traveling Hwy 27 South

You must follow the truck route thru Cedartown. Entering Cedartown, Wal-Mart will be on your right & Home Depot on your left.

Continue straight on the Hwy-27 by-pass to the 4th traffic light, turn right onto Martin Luther King Blvd.

Stay straight on MLK thru red light at Main Street (Business 27) and MLK changes to Canal Street.
 
Travel about 2 miles to stop sign and turn right onto Hwy 278.

Go past the Industrial Park on left (disregard sign on right no thru trucks).

Cross over Cedar Creek Bridge and RR tracks then turn left on Furnace Street.
 
Proceed 2 blocks to Wissahickon Ave and turn left.
 
GEO is the second industry on left. Go inside the gatehouse and follow instructions on the board.


If Traveling Hwy 27 North

From 75 take I-20 West for about 33 miles.

Then take exit #11 onto Hwy 27 in Bremen Georgia traveling North about 20 miles.

Go straight thru 1st red light as you come into Cedartown turning left at the next traffic light onto Martin Luther King Blvd.

Stay straight on MLK thru red light at Main Street (Business 27) and MLK changes to Canal Street.
Travel about 2 miles to stop sign and turn right onto Hwy 278.

Go past the Industrial Park on left (disregard sign on right no thru trucks).

Cross over Cedar Creek Bridge and RR tracks then turn left on Furnace Street.
 
Proceed 2 blocks to Wissahickon Ave and turn left.
 
GEO is the second industry on left.
 
Go inside the gatehouse and follow instructions on the board.


If Traveling 278 West

From I-20, get off on the Thornton Road exit #44.

Turn right on the exit ramp.

Take this route about 40 miles straight west to Cedartown. (After about 5 miles this route combines with Hwy 278)

As you come into Cedartown, go under the overpass and turn left onto ramp to 278 West.
 
At the stop sign turn right. This is the Cedartown Bypass.

Turn right onto Martin Luther King Blvd (100 North).

Stay straight on MLK thru red light at Main Street (Business 27) and MLK changes to Canal Street.
 
Travel about 2 miles to stop sign and turn right onto Hwy 278.

Go past the Industrial Park on left (disregard sign on right no thru trucks).

The Plymouth facility is located inside Domtar Paper Mill in Plymouth, NC.

From the West:

US-64 East to Plymouth, NC

Turn Left onto NC HWY 149 North

Stop at Guard Gate for instructions


From the North:

US-17 South to Merry Hill, NC

Turn Left onto NC-45 South

Turn Right onto US-64 (approx. 5 miles)

Turn Right onto NC HWY 149 North

Stop at Guard Gate for instructions


From the South:

US-17 North to Washington, NC

Turn Right onto NC-171 to Jamesville, NC

Turn Right onto US-64 East (approx. 8 miles)

Turn Left onto NC HWY 149 North

Stop at Guard Gate for instructions

 

 

Driving directions to Harrison, NJ

FROM NJ TURNPIKE or 280W:

Take exit 15W

Take 280W to exit 16 (Harrison)

First light at the end of ramp make a right turn onto 5th Street

At the light and make a left onto Bergen

At the light make a left onto Frank E. Rodgers Blvd…

Go under the 280 overpass and make a sharp right turn onto Essex Street…

Continue on to the end of Essex Street to the Plant at First Street intersection

FROM 280 Headed EAST:

Take exit 16

Stay in right lane

At the second light make a right and get into the left lane…

The first light is First Street…make a left onto First Street…

Continue for 3 and ½ blocks and we are on the right at the Essex Street intersection

Use the gatehouse phone to announce arrival and further directions.



 

Driving directions to the Allentown, PA.

Westbound on I-78

When westbound (from New Jersey) on I-78, use Exit 53 (Route 309 North). Continue on Route 309 North for 1.5 miles to Route 22 East (Bethlehem). Go East on Route 22 for 1.5 miles to Cedar Crest Blvd. Exit. Bear right on to Cedar Crest Blvd. (North).

Continue North on Cedar Crest Blvd. for 1.7 miles to the plant entrance. You will ascend a hill and then descent and cross small concrete bridge. Turn right immediately after the bridge at the GEO /TRIMET PRODUCTS sign.

Eastbound on I-78

When eastbound (from Central Pennsylvania) on I-78, use Exit 51 (Route 22 East - Whitehall). Continue East on Route 22 for 4.1 miles to Cedar Crest Blvd. Exit. Bear right on Cedar Crest Blvd. (North).

Continue North on Cedar Crest Blvd. for 1.7 miles to the plant entrance. You will ascend a hill and then descent and cross small concrete bridge. Turn right immediately after the bridge at the GEO /TRIMET PRODUCTS sign.

WHEN EXITING THE NORTHEAST EXTENSION OF THE PA TURNPIKE (Rt. 476)

When exiting the Northeast Extension of the PA Turnpike (Rt. 476), bear right on to Route 22 East. Continue East on Route 22 for 2.4 miles to the Cedar Crest Blvd. Exit. Bear right on to Cedar Crest Blvd. (North).

Continue North on Cedar Crest Blvd. for 1.7 miles to the plant entrance. You will ascend a hill and then descent and cross small concrete bridge. Turn right immediately after the bridge at the GEO /TRIMET PRODUCTS sign.

WESTBOUND ON ROUTE 22

When westbound on Route 22, pass the Allentown Exits, which you come to and continue to the Cedar Crest Blvd. Exit. Bear right on to Cedar Crest Blvd. (North).

Continue North on Cedar Crest Blvd. for 1.7 miles to the plant entrance. You will ascend a hill and then descent and cross small concrete bridge.

Turn right immediately after the bridge at the GEO /TRIMET PRODUCTS sign.

 

Driving directions to the Georgetown Plant.

Via 17 South

Merge to the right at the State Pier 1 sign going towards International Paper.

Turn left at the stop sign.

Turn left at the 4-way intersection.

Make a right at the GEO Specialty Chemical Georgetown Plant sign.


Via 17 North

Merge to the right before the Georgetown Steel Mill.

Turn left at the GEO Specialty Chemical Georgetown Plant sign.


From the East (Selma, AL/Montgomery,AL area)

Take US 80 East approximately 55 miles

Turn left at Marengo County 57 – travel 407 feet

GEO plant is on the right


From the North (Birmingham, AL area)

Take I/20W/I-59S approximately 84 miles

Take exit 45 toward Union approximately 0.2 miles

Turn left at County Road 208 approximately 1.3 miles

Slight right at AL-13 S/AL-7/US-11 S/US-43 S/County Road 231 – 4.7 miles

Turn left at Livingston Avenue – 279 feet

Turn left at US-43 S/Greensboro Street – 25.5 miles

Turn right at US 80W – 6.2 miles

Turn left at Marengo County 57 – 407 feet

From the West (Meridian, MS area)

Merge onto 1-20 E/1-59 N via the ramp to US-45/Tuscaloosa/Macon – 15.5 miles

Take exit 169 for US-80/US-11 toward Kewanee – 0.2 miles

Turn right at AL-7/US-11 N/US-80 E (Entering Alabama) – 5.5 miles

Turn right at AL-8 E/US-80 E – 26.3 miles

Turn right at Marengo County 57 -325 feet

From East

Take Hwy 57 West from Hwy 45 about 20 miles.  Plant is located on the left at the railroad tracks.


From West

Take Hwy 57 East from 128 about 4 miles.  Plant is located on the right at railroad tracks.


From North

Take Hwy 22 South to Hwy 57.

Turn East on Hwy 57 for about two miles.  Plant is located on the left at railroad tracks.


From South

Take Hwy 25 to Hwy 57.

Turn left onto Hwy 57 for about 4 miles.  Plant is located on the right at the railroad tracks.
