U.S. Trading Co Loses Motion Against Claim It Brought Glycine Into US w/o Paying Anti-Dumping Duties

August 17, 2018, Ambler, Pa. -- As reported by Law360 this week, a California federal judge struck down a food additive company’s attempt to throw out claims saying it had smuggled glycine into the United States from China without paying more than $11 million in required anti-dumping duties.
